1. Product Overview

The white flat braided lifting sling is a flat-section synthetic sling braided from high-strength polyester (or polypropylene) yarns, with two soft eyes at both ends for quick hooking. The braided construction gives it a soft, flexible body with outstanding load conformity, while keeping the sling lightweight and easy to handle.

Designed for lifting heavy workpieces, it combines high strength with a non-marking surface: no dyes are used, and the smooth braided texture applies low surface pressure over a wide contact area, so the workpiece finish, paint and polished surfaces are fully protected from scratches, scuffs and marks during lifting.

Custom width from 25mm to 300mm, any length, single-ply or multi-ply, with OEM/ODM service supported.

• Proof load tests at 1.5-2x WLL available with test certificates on request.

• Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) and certification documents (CE, ISO 9001) supported.

8. Inspection & Maintenance

Pre-Use Inspection

• Check the label: WLL, width, batch number and validity must be legible and complete.

• Check the eyes for broken or pulled stitches, fraying or distortion — the eyes are the most stressed parts.

• Check the braided body for cut strands, abrasion, snags or exposed yarn damage.

• Check for heat damage (melting, hardening) or chemical attack.

• Confirm the sling is clean — contamination on the body could transfer onto the workpiece surface.

Discard Criteria (remove from service immediately if any occurs)

• Cut or broken load-bearing strands, or major body damage.

• Damaged eye stitching, torn eyes or deformed eye shape.

• Heat or chemical damage affecting strength.

• Missing or illegible label.

• After overload, shock loading or a lifting incident.

Usage & Storage

• Never knot the sling, drag it on the ground or exceed the rated WLL.

• Protect sharp edges with corner protectors or sleeves.

• Keep the sling clean to preserve its non-marking performance.

• Store in a dry place away from sunlight, chemicals and heat sources.

• Carry out periodic inspection and record keeping per EN/ASME standards.
